Revell 1/32 Corsair

Here are a few photos of a 1:32 scale Corsair in VF-17 colors. I built the Corsair using Revell's decals for Merl Davenport's plane #9 but replaced the US insignia with the red surround type (I did this because I like the red surround and thought it would be unique. This was before I did any research and after it was too late found that the red surround was correct but that the side number should have been different ( I guess that's called artistic licensing.)
